Songs for Silverman

Ben Folds' new album Songs For Silverman came out today. I highly recommend it. My favorite song from the new album is probably Gracie, but Landed is a close second. I'll try to get a couple of songs from the album in my RadioBlog soon. I apologize for not updating that more often. I had great plans for the RadioBlog, I just haven't gotten to them yet.

Today was supposed to be a day of golf with Derick. We both took off work and everything. But it rained. All day. So no golf unfortunately. But it wasn't a wasted day. My wife and I had lunch and Derick had breakfast at Cracker Barrell, then Derick went back home as the wife and I went furniture shopping. We're looking for a TV stand and we're having a hard time finding one that we like. After furniture shopping, we went to the mall and did some clothes shopping. We stopped by Babies R' Us also, and looked at cribs and other baby stuff. It was fun. The rain was stopping right as we were leaving Babies R' Us, and the sun was shining brightly as the clouds had just revealed it. It was still raining slightly, and a rainbow formed. It was the brightest rainbow that I think I have ever seen. It was beautiful.

I think this is the first blog that I have done at night. It's nice, because I've gotten to reflect on my day today. I might try to do this more often.
