I see you all coming to my blog today. You're probably expecting something new, but I'm sitting here trying to think of something to write. Nothing is coming to me.

I updated my coverart column once again. I've discovered some great new music. Thanks to a comment left by Sarah, I checked out The Decemberists and I absolutely love them. I listened to Picaresque this morning, and it is rare to like an entire album on first listen. But it happened today. I've also listened to the new Wallflowers album, some Belle & Sebastian, and some Rufus Wainwright. Everything has been excellent. It's been a great day for music. I'll try to make Radio.Blog update 2 soon and add some of this stuff.

But everything else is pretty much blah. I have a week's worth of work to spread over the rest of the month. I have slow times ahead of me at work.

And oh yeah! Kim felt the baby move yesterday. For the first time. Then last night it kicked her three or four times as she was trying to go to sleep. These are exciting times, for sure.

Now that you brought up Belle & Sebastian, I've got that scene from High Fidelity in my head...

High Fidelity... haven't seen it. But I've heard people talk about it before. Is it good? I just read a summary at amazon.com. It looks like it's good.

I love me some Belle & Sebastian. They rock. They were a staple on my Launch player.

Dis music becoming my anthem, arrrr!

Sorry, after reading the reviews for Picaresque on amazon, I can't stop thinking of this as like folky pirate music. But oh man, it's some sweet sounds. As I listen, I keep saying, "ooh, this is my favorite song so far."

24 albums on display on your column now. Amazon and these bands need to start paying you royalties. I like it. It's colorful and different and a nice outlet for these bands cover art that so rarely gets seen our digital music age.

Ohh, just because I feel like being chatty on your blog, I'm going to bring this up. Did anyone see the photo on Daily Dose of Imagery (linkable from J's blog in his Blogs I Read feature) today?

Great photo called Red Wagon. Superb. How does this guy do it? He's fantastic. Thanks for leaving this link up, J, I like going there and checking out his daily photograph.

I think everyone posted their radio blog comments a week or so ago, but I just started going through the songs yesterday. It was a great way to pass sometime at work.

Congrats on your wife's feeling the baby kick. When my wife was pregnant, it was several weeks before I could feel it after she did for the first time. So, for weeks, she would say "come here, come here." So, I would, place my hand on her tummy, and feel nothing, but we would do it again 30 minutes later.

The daily picture yesterday was great. I can't imagine being a little kid and playing in the grass with my red wagon up on a roof. That's crazy.

Yay :) I'm glad you liked the Decemberists. I took a listen to Iron & Wine after seeing your site. Good stuff. Very laid back.
